Opening of wholesale accounts.
Creation, review and update of price lists for wholesale.
Shipping of price lists to customers.
Order tracking and after-sales service.
Verification of payments, request for documents.
Management of complaints and claims for delays in shipments, product failures or any other inconvenience derived from the service provided.
Ensure that orders are dispatched in the agreed time, verify that orders are complete and if there is any missing product, create a backup order for later delivery.
Keep the customer updated on the status of their order.
Coordinate with the handling and dispatch department the status of the orders.
Verify that all orders are complete and on time.
Recommend, implement, and maintain site enhancements, improvements for user experience and interaction, and test new tools or custom coding changes in staging environment to improve overall customer experience.
